Gear shaping Machine is used for creating teethes on a workpiece using special types of cutters. It is an ideal tool for manufacturing precisely finished internal & external gears for industrial machines & automotive assemblies. This machine operates by feeding workpiece to the axially rotating cutter. Apart from internal & external gears, it is also capable of producing integral gear-pinion arrangements. The shaping of gear is a two step process where partial groove cutting is done before final finishing.
