Gear Shaping Machines

Our Gear Shaping Machines are quite flexible and can support production of a wide variety of gears. Helical gears (with either a left hand or a right hand helix) along with precision designed spur gears can be shaped and finished using these machines. Besides, productivity-focused designs of the machines enables quick shaping of tapered as well as crown gears. With its easily intelligible programming screens and easy-to-use push button switches, offered Gear Shaping Machines like fellows gear shaping machine, lorenz gear shaping machine, maxicut gear shaping machine, etc. can also deliver accurate performance without much manual intervention. Any deviation can be automatically set and modified as per user requirement in a hassle free way using our Gear Shaping Machines.

Key Product Features:

1) Can be assembled quickly in less space.
2) Detailed inspection carried out on each machine model before delivering.
3) Constructed to deliver matchless precision and performance.
4) High speed functioning with complete accuracy.

Gear shaping Machine is used for creating teethes on a workpiece using special types of cutters. It is an ideal tool for manufacturing precisely finished internal & external gears for industrial machines & automotive assemblies. This machine operates by feeding workpiece to the axially rotating cutter. Apart from internal & external gears, it is also capable of producing integral gear-pinion arrangements. The shaping of gear is a two step process where partial groove cutting is done before final finishing.

Gear Shaper works on the principle of cutting & indexing motion and return stroke. It is used to make teethes or grooves on the gear utilized in industrial machines, automotive assemblies, & motors using specific cutters. This tool is installed in a shaping machine which also consists of a blank mounted arbor, column spindle, & a base. It is ideal for shaping different types of gears including spur, helical, worm, involute, spline, & sprockets.
